I committed the link to the mirror site in spain 
http://www.es.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi in cvsweb.cgi

I will not add cvsweb-es.cgi to the FreeBSD repository.
I don't want duplicated code. Please write a
mulilingual version of cvsweb.cgi.

Of course you can add a link at support.html to
your script at the spanish site
