Update squid-1.1.18 -> 1.1.20 (hmm.. it seems I forgot commit the 1.1.19
update..)
Also, add a configure patch so that it ignores libresolv* on freebsd systems
as it can seriously cripple DNS lookup if a mismatched version of libresolv
conflicts with the version in libc. Machines that have been "upgraded"
via sysinstall generally have this serious problem with stale libraries.
