No, rather make analog produce absolute URLs.

Btw, /robots.txt currently reads
User-agent: *
Disallow: /cgi-bin/
Disallow: /cgi/
Disallow: ~/jfieber/data/cgi/

it should be
...
Disallow: /~jfieber/data/cgi/
