| chinese/netscape47-navigator Makefile

Can we also import the zh-linux-netscape-* outta-port?
I have tested both zh-linux-netscape-communicator and navigator
on both -Current{SMPng of last night, PRE_SMPNG) and RELENG_4.

These two ports run the Macromedia flash4 player in the ports
and linux realplayer plugin well when I tested them.
There is a need for these ports and please consider.
