Changes to FreeBSD first go into the development trunk and are only merged
back to the stable release branches after they have had some time to
settle. 9.3 is already released and releng/9.3 will only be modified for
security advisories and errata notices, for which this does not seem to
qualify. So, it would be better to check the sources in HEAD than 9.3.

P.S. 9.2 hit EoL at the end of 2014.
