>Description:
I'm seeing alot of this, the link going up and down, at first I thought it was the cable modem it was attached to, so I purchased a new one and it continues to do it. Also I found a thread from a long time about turning off auto select by hard setting the speed and duplex.

I did this, but still the problem returns.
