Is this the same problem I've seen with
mformat causing a panic on a floppy error
on 3.2-RELEASE ?

I've also had a recent had a recent episode of
panics with read errors on Wangtek tapes on
2.2.8 .

In both cases, it was a page fault.

Just curious..
