	Do you have filtering turned on/are you allowing multicast out to the 
VRRP address?  I'm a bit perplexed with "interface em0 is faulty".  I 
don't believe I've seen that before.  Hrm.  I'd be willing to bet it's 
a driver issue too.  Let me know what you find out.  That config looks 
fine to me.  Have fun!
