Subject:   Install docs inadequate?

   I've heard from at least one person -- and I will find out
from others -- that the documentation for installing FreeBSD from
non-CDROM media is not very good.

   So should we make it more concise, or leave it the way it is,
or at least set up some better cross-referencing between parts of
the handbook section?
