gcc is telling you the wrong line.  The problem is here:

int nsegments;
vs:
/*nsegments*/BUS_SPACE_UNRESTRICTED,
note that:
bus.h:#define BUS_SPACE_UNRESTRICTED    (~0UL)

0xffffffffffffffff will not fit in an int.
