No intension to sound rude, but are _you_ ? :)  The "breakage"
(an extra PF_* test potentially dereferencing the NULL pointer
before testing for it) was committed in end October, see the
ident output:

$ ident sys/kern/uipc_socket.c
sys/kern/uipc_socket.c:

Please approve the MFC of the fix, since otherwise *any* jail
installation based on 4.2-R (or -BETA) will panic right OOTB and
that would be no fun ...
