I have a amchine on which I installed, a long time agao, FreeBSD. Tghis
machine has been pretty much kept in synch with STABLE via regualr cvsup ;
make worlds.

I would like to upggrade this amchine from Xf863 to Xf864. I realize that I
have to build this from the ports tree, and theat I need to put the
aproproaye lines in /etc/make.conf.

Does anyone have sugestiosn as to the best way to upgrade this machine?
Should I dlete all traces of Xf863 first? If so, what directories/files
would this be?
