	Your question is a bit difficult to parse.

	There are thousands (probably hundreds of thousands) of 
	Linux and FreeBSD systems all over the world.

	There is no geographical place where Linux and FreeBSD are
	published or distributed (there are hundreds of those).

	If you mean "where is the best place to get info about these
	on the 'net?" then I'd suggest:

			http://www.linux.org	and  http://www.freebsd.org

	If you mean anything else I'd suggest that you find a browser
	and visit these two sites.  Read everything you can from 
	both.  Then you'll probably be able to formulate a question
	that can be answered more directly.
