My main testbed was the Handbook, which is too large for pdftex so I
have to use ps2pdf anyway.

Needs to be fixed eventually. Care to look into it? ;)

As a WIP, "sometimes going a little bit into the right margin" is a
lot better than "often going way into the right margin". ;)
Seriously, my bandwidth is pretty limited right now but I was getting
requests to bring this into the doc infrastructure. I will be working
on this some more in the coming days but if you have any time to
experiment it would be greatly appreciated.

I've just built the x86 -CURRENT release notes and I can see a
sysctl variable going way into the margin, and the TeX backend is
somehow getting confused by the _ in pci_vendors.

I hope we can work out these issues, the justification does look
much more professional.
