I know it's been brought up more than a few times, but is anyone working on Envy24 support? I have a few cards based on that chip that I'd really, really like to get working (natively, not with OSS). If not, is there anyone who knows the sound subsystem well enough, to whom I might be able to provide some incentive to write such a driver? I have spare hardware, and I have some docs around here somewhere that could definitely assist in driver writing. Unfortunately, my C skills are amateurish at best, and my attempts at writing a driver have failed miserably. - Damian
