This looks a bit weird.
I'm unable to reproduce this.

Could you share more details about your system (svn version, architecture),=
 how
bird is actually build?

Also, according to the NEXTADDR macro change:
if I read the code correctly, you embedded slightly different variant of
ROUNDUP() macro inside:

// stock
#define ROUNDUP(a) \
        ((a) > 0 ? (1 + (((a) - 1) | (sizeof(long) - 1))) : sizeof(long))
// embedded
#define ROUNDUP(a) \
        (((a) =3D=3D 0) ? sizeof(long) : 1 + (((a) - 1) | (sizeof(long) - 1=
)))

which looks very close to original.

What is the reason in decreasing per-addr buffer size ? (sockaddr_storage -=
 >
sockaddr)
