	Use the option:

	X11_FONT=vga

	... in your .doscmdrc.  If you don't have a VGA font, substitute
	another ('fixed' works, but you won't get cp435 charset).

	bochs (http://world.std.com/~bochs) distribution has one shipped with
	it.
