See ports/UPDATING. Search the archives for the error.

Rebuild any threaded app which links to the wrong thread library, or as a
workaround add this to /etc/libmap.conf:

libpthread.so.1     libpthread.so.1
libpthread.so	    libpthread.so
libc_r.so.5	    libpthread.so.1
libc_r.so	    libpthread.so
