Don't know.  It makes modifications to userland code, to stuff in /etc,
and to the kernel. I don't know if anything gets left-over that could
potentially mess things up.

(I don't subscribe to Bruce's idea about mis-wired interrupts, but I do
know that sio doesn't do fast interrupts, and won't unless he writes the
code to support it.)
