www/p5-CGI is a different port. One of the reasons I added
www/p5-CGI.pm was the fact that people were confused by this fact.
Please see ports@ archives.

www/p5-CGI should be renamed to www/p5-CGI-modules (its distname *IS*
CGI-modules), to avoid confusion. I requested the repocopy from Satoshi
about a week ago, but have not got any response yet.

There used to be a www/p5-CGI.pm port in the past, which got nuked
around time when perl5 was imported into the base system. The name of
the tarball of the sources is CGI.pm-version.tar.gz.

No. It should stay.
