I dont have that directory I am involking it from within /usr/local/etc/rc.d
by doing
./apache.sh

$ cd /usr/local/etc/rc.d
$ ls
00mysql-client.sh       kdelibs.sh              webmin.sh
apache.sh               mysql-client.sh
fam.sh.sample           snmpd.sh
$ ll | more
total 9
drwxr-xr-x  2 root  wheel  - 512 Oct  2 05:26 ./
drwxr-xr-x  7 root  wheel  - 512 Oct  4 16:52 ../
-rwxr-x---  1 root  wheel  - 181 Sep 28 11:07 00mysql-client.sh*
-rwxr-x--x  1 root  wheel  - 434 Sep 28 10:00 apache.sh*
-rwxr-x--x  1 root  wheel  - 343 Oct  1 20:55 fam.sh.sample*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  -  57 Oct  2 05:26 kdelibs.sh*
