Yes, that's what I do:

/dev/da0s3e		/var		ufs	rw		2	2
/dev/cd0c		/cdrom		cd9660	ro,noauto	0	0
proc			/proc		procfs	rw		0	0
/dev/da0s1		/drvC		msdos	rw		0	0
/dev/fd0		/pcfs		msdos	rw,noauto	0	0
/dev/da0s5		/ntfs		ntfs	ro		0	0

Many more than 2 if you want (There must be a finite limit, but I
don't know what it is).
