That's a supported configuration with network_interfaces=3DAUTO.  I use it
on the server I'm writing this from.

For instance you can do something like:

ifconfig_fxp0_name=3D"iatel"
ifconfig_iatel=3D"up"
ipv4_addrs_iatel=3D"#.#.#.#/26"
ifconfig_em0_name=3D"priv"
ifconfig_priv=3D"inet 192.168.1.100 netmask 255.255.255.0"

The use of ipv4_addrs_iatel is mostly just testing the feature.
