Jade wasn't working. I've been taking a look at doc.docbook.mk file.
As said I was using XML... but I'm converting now to SGML... less
headache and more support in FreeBSD I guess.

I've got Jade to build a little document. Now I've to "fix" my XML
docs because there are some things that SGML don't like.
