I don't know exactly what the SWT browser is, but it seems to be broken as you suspected. When I click Help -> Documentation, an error box appears saying: No more handles [MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=3D'/usr/local/lib/'] (java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load SWT library.
