	Well, sure enough I did have something out of whack. I did a 'make
clean &&  make' in /usr/src/lib/libc, which usually cleans out the old
stuff, but apparently wasn't sufficient this time. I gave my tree a good
scrubbing, wiped out /usr/obj and now I'm back in business. Sorry for the
false alarm.
