Apparently electronics as in poor digital design on the controler boards.
I've seem a number of reports that they are _very_ picky about power.
My primary integtator said that he'd been told by IBM that they had
totally redesigned the 60GXP controlers to avoid this problems. He was
understandably unwilling to install 75GXPs, but is quite willing to use
60GXPs and generally hasn't seen problems with them.
