>Description:
The net/pppoa Makefile attempts to look for speedmgmt.tar.gz in a vareity of places, in all of which it no longer exists. Looking at http://benoit.papillault.free.fr/speedtouch/speedmgmt.tar.gz returns the output of PHP's phpinfo() (and not a 404)

>Fix:
Change to reference the current download location, at http://download.ethomson.com/download/speedmgmt.tar.gz.
