Anyone know the answer?

At the bottom of the URL:

	http://www.nc.com/techpubs/ncss200.html

... I was very surprised to find this:

// begin snippet (note item 4)

How to make an update floppy disk

If you cannot wait to receive the update disk, you can create one using
the files from our ftp site.

  1.Connect to ftp.nc.com with anonymous login.
  2.Find the 2 update files in the directory /pub/doc/ncss200/.
  3.Download "README" as an ASCII file and "dhcpd" as a binary file.
  4.Format a floppy disk for FreeBSD.
  5.Copy the 2 files to the floppy disk.

// end snippet

FYI, NCI is the Oracle spinoff that develops an NC (network computer) and
related support products.
