I'd rather just have ${SRCTOP}/${SRCCONF}. If people prefer
/etc/make.conf, they can leave it as it is right now, and it will
continue to work. If they prefer the file in /etc instead of
/usr/src, they can set SRCTOP in make.conf. :-)
