Yes, there are some known desktop responsiveness issues. Kip indicated
yesterday that he has a potential fix for a thread priority inversion
issue, so I'd recommend tracking RELENG_7 for a while and hopefully
it'll go away. In the meantime, some people have reported success
reducing kern.hz.
