I just got a new Intel Gb PCIe network card and installed it today. The
card is seen by the system but the driver fails to initialize it with the
error seen in the email subject.

I'm running FreeBSD RELENG_7 from around BETA3 but can upgrade if needed
FreeBSD storage.kc8onw.net 7.0-BETA3 FreeBSD 7.0-BETA3 #4: Fri Nov 30
12:40:25 AST 2007 root@storage.kc8onw.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/STORAGE
 i386

A standard dmesg is available at
http://www.kc8onw.net/~jonathan/temp/dmesg.boot a verbose one can be
uploaded if needed.

The only changes to the BIOS were to run AHCI instead of emulation for all
the SATA drives.

Thank you,
Jonathan Stewart
