 We seem to have had CTLFLAG_RDTUN/CTLFLAG_TUN for quite a while (added
 in -CURRENT on Tue Oct 21 16:48:33 2003), which also cause sysctl(8) to
 tell you you need to edit /boot/loader.conf if you try to set a
 read-only tunable.
 
 Can this be closed now?
