If you're talking about multiple addresses on an interface, the man page of
ifconfig(8) lists the "alias" command to do that. 

     alias       Establish an additional network address for this inter-
                 face.  This is sometimes useful when changing network
                 numbers, and one wishes to accept packets addressed to
                 the old interface. 

If you're talking about multiple domains (in DNS terms) of course the named
present in FreeBSD is able to do that. 

"man named".  I  recommend the "DNS &   BIND" book from   O'Reilly for more
details.
