Well, I see that I mentioned the copy on my system, which wasn't the
intention.  Sorry about that.  It's the same as the version on
http://www.FreeBSD.org.  Still, that makes it easier to confirm that
you didn't check it (a number of other people did).

What problem do you have with the following passage?

I don't see any particular reason to mention the name in the keymap
tables.  You only need that if you want to change it, which wasn't
your issue.
