Hello: I need a lawyer pro-bono on a contract or employment issue. I would also appreciate any advise on the merits of my case and if I even have one to pursue. I will be brief - you may recognize my name, I have been involved heavily with the Ontario Governments Information and Privacy Commissioner. I and Robert Riley initiated a number of actions which resulted in order M-618, being an order to restrict access to information. I was also sued by Chief Julian Fantino of the London Police for liable and am under judges orders (Justice Brown, London) to not discuss the issue on the internet ;-) For the last few years I have been on a disability pension. However, I have not wasted my time. I have been busy developing and implementing information and infrastructure warfare procedures which use the internet as a delivery mechanism. Order M-618 and Mr. Fantino’s civil proceeding made me infamous in Canada and I attracted the attention of a Mr. Mark Savary one of the owners of 544591 Alberta Ltd. (a.k.a. The Adult Super Store) . He wanted to know how I was driving the police and the system crazy. I told him and he made me a proposal. I would like to add that I later found out the corporation was associated with biker gangs - that however did not bother me. I was offered access to resources to further my research into electronic warfare and also provided with a budget to influence the civil service. During this period I was not paid, but I was promised that should my work show results I would be retired on an executive salary, including a house. I was provided with a dental plan, prepaid sex bunnies and a generous drug plan. During this association I became increasingly involved in integrating the corporations operations and accounting systems and was always asked my advice. Prior to disability I had been an investment and venture capital banker. My references are available online as if files at: http://iwar.eu.org/baptista/ and are numbered PERSONA1.gif to PERSONA5.gif. I provided the corporation with advice on laundering funds and depleting general revenues in order to avoid payment of sales tax and GST. This included setting up international vehicles for transferring funds - a copy of the articles of one such corporation are available at. http://iwar.eu.org/baptista and are numbered CORP1.gif to CORP3.gif Other contributions involved a info-war attack against the Ontario Film Review Board. This included setting up paid moles within the ministry. Mr. Savary even recruited the lead investigator of the OFRB - Ms. Suzanne Lazote. It was fun. I also assisted in more conventional undertakings, web and network development, researching franchise agreements and other legal instruments, setting up accounting standards and dealing with the provincial and federal tax departments. I feel I have kept my part of the bargain during the two year period we agreed to. However, when I asked Mr. Savary to fulfill his part of the deal, strange things started to happen. He claimed poverty. I found this difficult to believe because I have the corporate records which support $150,000 in embezzlement. The relationship deteriorated and I now find myself having contributed a great deal and have nothing to show for it. Mr. Savary also hired two strong men to throw me out of my home (it was in Mr. Savary’s house). They went away when I pointed out the corporate archives had been backed up in Rio and HongKong as I had forseen these potential difficulties. Since I was never employed, nor received benefits as an employee, do I have a claim to unpaid wages - or a tort in a contractual obligation? There are no written agreements, but a lot of witnesses. And if I do have a case, would you accept this on a pro bono. I will raise the funds to pay expenses and the action would be commenced in Toronto.
