There's an example in the manual in RELENG_2_2 & -current.  If you don't
sup/ctm, get http://www.freebsd.org/~brian/ppp-2.2-970624.tar.gz.

I've just checked out the ppp man page on www.de.freebsd.org, Wasn't
this going to be updated weekly ?  Oh well.
