I've tried the Beta code with a Palm M500 USB Cradle, and FAILED. 

I gave up, and bought a Serial Cable for my M500.  I have had issues
with it as well on my Laptop. Seems to cause SILO overflows on current
-STABLE code at 57600 and even 38400. 

I have no idea on where to begin on this issue.
