Hi Matthew,
   Thanks for getting back to me.

I'm not as experienced with this - I only just last night installed XFree86-
420, and I'm trying to get gnome2 installed.

I've included the output of the pkg_info -g for XFree-libraries here. Please 
look at this and let me know where I should go from here.
