Try 'dig'

	dig www.foo.com @123.123.123.123

tells you how www.foo.com resolves at 123.123.123.123. Assuming
that 123.123.123.123 lets you use its named.

The trick now is to find a named which lets you use it that way. A lot fo
them do.
