Correct.

Incorrect.  Lite2 had very little to do with copyrights.  The diffs
for the vendor branch in src/sys alone were 43960 lines.  Some parts of
it have not been imported, e.g., src/share.  Some parts of it have not
been merged; only src/sys and src/bin were merged systematically.
