OK, I didn't realize we were going to remove XFree86 altogether

(for the record, I'm in favor)

Extending the USE_XLIB syntax would still be useful, as it would allow
maintainers to start migrating to the new syntax while remaining
compatible with XFree86-4, but it's not a big deal.
