lukemftpd became tnftpd a long time ago and has been in the ports tree
nearly as long.

Thanks for pointing out lukemftp still exists.  I'm going to nuke that
from the ports tree since it became tnftp a long time ago too.  (tnftp
was is the first port I ever maintained.)
