Notice:

> controller				bt0		at isa? port "IO_BT0" bio irq ? vector bt_isa_intr
                 					   ^^^

Try knocking out everything past 'bt0' and see if that shuts it up.
Optionally you could boot -c and disable the extraneous bt.
