take a look at cvsup'ing the RELENG_2_1_7_RELEASE brach of the FreeBSD
kernel to obtain this code...  it looks like that was the last branch
that the code was on...  or if you can get your hands on the kernel
source dist from 2.1.7-R they should have it..
