The following reply was made to PR misc/175600; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Brett Wynkoop <wynkoop@wynn.com> To: Gary Palmer <gpalmer@freebsd.org> Cc: Brett Wynkoop <bsdbugs@wynn.com>, freebsd-gnats-submit@freebsd.org Subject: Re: misc/175600: FreeBSD 9.x missing for x86 Date: Fri, 25 Jan 2013 20:49:40 -0500 Greeting- They are where you pointed me, and in fact I found that path by walking about the ftp server after I put in the PR, but I believe this is still a small bug because that is the location of older releases and it is the location one comes to easily if one steps up the tree from the AMD64 directory. I would think either a README saying where 9.x is found or a symlink might be a good thing. Thanks for the response! -Brett -- wynkoop@wynn.com http://prd4.wynn.com/wynkoop/pgp-keys.txt 917-642-6925 718-717-5435 "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government" - Thomas Jefferson.
