Could you give us more information on where the crash occured, and what
the symptoms were? I'm not aware of any part of the install procedure where
you are able to make floppies. Had FreeBSD booted when the crash occured?
It sounds from your post that you were in Windows making floppies when your
machine crashed.

"A" cd? Must be from cheapbytes.

The latest release is 3.2. Upgrades aren't free, but are reasonably
priced. Plus you'll be helping the project.

As an alternative, you can pull 3.2 off ftp.cdrom.com.
