I think the "gunzip: (stdin): unexpected end of file" error is one we've se=

before but I don't recall if we ever managed to track it down.

Can you try

1. Setting a different portsnap working directory?  (You might have some
corrupted state which is confusing portsnap.)

2. Running with --debug?
