Looks like it has resolved itself, ran "sudo portsnap --debug fetch" and it
worked fine.
Tried a couple of other hosts that were having the same error, ran without
"--debug" and they were able to complete both "portsnap fetch" and "portsnap
update" without problems.  The various files in /usr/ports/Mk appear to be
restored, and currently building ports, no problems encountered yet.
