1. /dev/MAKEDEV pty7  
   - makes all possible tty[pqrsPQRS]* devices

2. vi /etc/ttys
   - add each tty and 'network' after it to the bottom

3.  kill -HUP init
   - reread configuration

4.  Enjoy!
